"My stay was amazing only thing is the spa has been closed since covid so that was a bummer."

"The water in the shower was either cold or scalding it was hard to find a balance. I could smell the guests in the next room smoking an illegal substance. The staff were all very friendly and when we asked for an extra blanket they brought us one fresh from the laundry and still warm. We did not get a chance to use the pool or gym. The breakfast cost way too much and we didnt have it. I was having surgery at the hospital close by early that morning and my daughter just waited and ate at the hospital cafeteria. The TV did not get all of the channels listed, but we weren't there long so it didnt matter to us. "

"Desk staff was very accommodating with an accidental wrong date booking. The rooms were clean albeit dated. Area surrounding hotel was a little sketchy but the staff made up for it. Hot breakfast was served by the friendly staff member. Pool was clean and well maintained. "
