"The spa is severely understaffed. Was there 5 nights could not get a massage they had no therapist, could not get a facial or manicure because they only have one tech. The men's side of the spa was down completely. But outside of the spa the hotel was wonderful. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff"

Great location for nearby restaurants, shopping, even walkable. Also great place to stay to catch park and ride buses to Balloon Fiesta. Only a short distance to Coronado Center which is also a shopping mall."
