"Excellent on site restaurant. Convenient to major museums. Tons of character. Air conditioning in one of our two rooms was not working. The problem was not addressed for two days. This was a problem because the temperatures were close to 40 Celsius during the day. At any other property, we would have been comped in some way. We were not. Disappointing and a let down for a world class property. "
