"This hotel was awesome. We were only here one night on a trip through the Black Forest, but it was great. It's cute and quaint and quiet. The dinner in the hotel is truly one of the best I have ever had and I've traveled a lot of Europe. The menu is set, but I ate many things I wouldn't normally and loved every one of them. "What a wonderful treat to experience this beautiful hotel within a short walk to town. The parking area was close by. The staff was so helpful and accommodating . The room was luxurious, quiet and we enjoyed the included breakfast in the elegant dining room. If we are ever back in Baden Baden we will definitely stay here again. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable, but certainly not worth the price nor rating of a 4.5 star hotel. Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. The older staff was also not at all friendly and acted a bit annoyed with every question or request. There were also loud noises with the creaking of the wood steps and hallways."
