"Affordable and a very good location, but for some reason these hostels really miss the mark on a) enforcing their own rules about noise and cleanliness of patrons (one person in the room got glitter at all for everything and I don't know how I'm going to get it out of my laundry), b) location and availability of power for those of us thet have medical devices (I figured it out but I was pretty fu----d off that I had to sort this out on my own even when I made an advanced request - it's clear...

We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the main road ..wasn’t one of the best locations we’ve had there but we slept well.
We had an issue with our booking this visit - whilst reception couldn’t help - they gave me the customer service email who replied quickly and the issue was promptly resolved :)"
