"The room was a little loud "

"The parking lot to get into the rooms is a far walk. it's not convenient when you're carrying luggage. You have to pay a mandatory resort fee but you get nothing for it. I was looking forward to using the pool, but at check in there was a sign saying that it was closed. What is the resort fee for when there are no amenities?! We stayed here a few years ago and I believe we had a better stay then. We won't be staying here again."

"Plenty of shopping and food near by. My room was stuffy and not as clean. There was a stain or debris on one of the walls near the bed. Bathroom floor had hair on it. Breakfast was minimal. "

"If you are not a smoker- this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! We had 4 nights reserved and only stayed 1. Even the bedding reeked of stale cigarette smoke. My daughter had a difficult time with smoke reaction. They would not refund the rest of our trip. Disappointing."
