"It is a no-frills hotel, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also within walking distance to the performing arts center so that we could walk to and from the concert that we were in town for. I have a dairy allergy so breakfast was really not available for me other than a basic bagel. Although it is not necessarily walking distance to downtown, it is very convenient to drive to and from."

"The hotel was beautifully decorated in hardwoods in a Victorian motif. Lobby was beautiful. Nice sitting area with fireplace. The room was great. Two nice comfortable beds. Nice linens and bedding. Excellent breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, breads, cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, etc. plentiful and hot. Surface parking right by our room. Quiet location. Super easy access off the highway. Culver’s for late night dessert within walking distance of the hotel. Perfect location. Ten stars!"

"Very nice setting on the lake, beds was comfortable but all three ice makers were out of order and the signal of the tv was bad and the remote didn't work very good."

"Overall, it was great. Easy check in, clean, and well maintained. However, breakfast was not very good and the room temperature was not well regulated. It would cool down, but got really warm before it would kick back on and there was no way to leave the fan on to keep the air moving."

"Nice place to stay whether for business or leisure. Clean hotel & room. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good also. Nice lake across the street with an easy mile and a half trail around it for walking if you're so inclined."
