"This was our family's second time at Sunset Cottage. The lake is a "no wake" lake, in a quiet neighborhood, so it was very peaceful. Kayaks and paddle boards were made available, and we used them every day. Swimming was wonderful--the lake is very clear! There are an abundance of turtles on South Twin lake.Check in was a breeze. There is a Meijer and Wal Mart in Sturgis, MI, which is a short drive away, for when you need groceries/supplies. Sturgis also has a used book store (Lowry's), and LaGrange, IN, has Foltz Bakery for when you need doughnuts. The owner is very responsive. The cottage was clean when we checked in--I think she puts a lot of effort into running Sunset Cottage. 6 of us (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 under 12) stayed comfortably in the cabin. I would not hesitate to book this cottage again. I highly recommend this property!"
