"Hotel was clean. The ladies that checked us in were very kind And helpful. Pool was large and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was impressive with a good selection of food. The only issue we had were the TV’s in both rooms we rented flickered off and on. There were alot of guests this particular night, could have been a WiFi issue, not sure. We were all tired anyway, so we shut them off and went to sleep. But I could see if you rented a movie and the TV shut off every 10-20 secs, this could be an issue."

"The accommodations (rooms) were exceptionally large and apparently updated and extremely clean. The casino was very well laid out and had plenty of machines available for playing on a Friday night. Staff was very welcoming and informative. Plenty of parking was available and both the lobby and casino were extremely clean. Would definitely recommend staying here and would do the same when in the Louisville area again."

"The hotel is very nice. We had a room on the top floor with a view out the NW facing the visitor center. The room was clean and ready. The bathroom was really nice, and well laid out. The bar is still not open so don’t go by the pictures in the listing, but it wasn’t why we picked this hotel anyway. The staff were friendly, helpful and non intrusive. The art galleries are nice but limited. The location is great if you want to stay downtown but for the price, parking should be included at the lot across the street. It’s Lexington KY not NYC… No breakfast included but we could walk easily to a nice little place a few blocks away."
