"Clean, spacious modern facility. Ample parking. One front counter staff member came off a little cold and unwelcoming. Same person was working the counter on both occasions when we checked in during the last two weeks. She would benefit from some customer service training/or coaching."

"Booked thru the Expedia site using debit MasterCard because I don't have a credit card. Upon checking in I was told that a credit card was MANDATORY for checking in. The manager did not have a way to bypass it(or she wouldn't) so I have to go back and get a card from my mother in law just to check in. It was not clearly mentioned during the process of reserving the room on Expedia site. It caused a headache and almost $80 in cab fare to get the cc. If it's required, it needs to be mentioned...

"Rooms were clean and as shown online. The breakfast was wonderful. There were a lot of options to choose from such as waffles, French toast, cereal, oatmeal, toast, muffins, bagels and yogurt. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again."

"Ro at the front desk worked so hard to get me a pet-friendly room after I mistakenly booked a regular room through Expedia (pro tip - call ahead if using Expedia). After a very challenging few days on the road, including a visit to the emergency vet, we needed a safe, quiet, clean place to stay. Thanks to Ro, we got exactly what the doctor ordered! Highly recommend!"
