"In a word: flawless. The staff was always friendly and helpful; the room was lovely; the bar and restaurant were clean and attractively decorated. We loved the lavish breakfast buffet (included). The hotel was recommended by friends as a good place to stay in "normal Rome," away from the tourist centers, and it is that, yet it's a nice walk (less than 30 minutes) to the Borghese Gallery and the huge park containing it, and a short Uber ride to the Vatican, St Peter's and other major tourist sites."

Things that I needed for my room were fulfilled immediately after I requested. It was a great stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be closer to the Vatican. "Hotel was very clean and quiet, the area seemed pretty safe. They have a locking gate for the parking lot, which made it feel more secure at night. The staff was very kind and helpful and went out of their way to communicate with us as we only spoke English, which was very much appreciated. The room we had was also spacious and the bathroom and shower were clean and had plenty of room. The only downside was the kitchen. They were no plates or utensils provided, besides paper cups. You also could not use the oven without flipping the breaker. But the fridge, stovetop and sink worked well and it was really nice to have a table. All in all a great place to stay! "
