The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. Wish we had more time! This place is clean, modern, beautiful, and in a great location. Breakfast was included and had so many options. Pool area looked inviting but we had no time and temperatures were falling. A bit of trouble locating the front desk and staff didn’t seem to notice. Not a typical check in desk. The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

We had just finished a cruise on the Duoro River and this was just a great place to relax before heading home. Nice bistro and excellent dining room.

The lobby and room were very nice. The air conditioning worked well, which we were grateful for. It is pretty far out from the center of the city, but there is a bus stop fairly close (the bus requires coins). Reception was helpful and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed our stay.
