"Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean, staff who were extremely helpful and friendly even when unprompted. Spacious room with a large bed, TV and wardrobe. Short walk to event at P&J Live. No noise from the airport."

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. All members of staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bedroom clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom and shower very clean with nice toiletries and soft towels. We dined in Blair’s restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and meals were delicious. Great choices and plentiful for both. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money too "

"Room was lovely but the air conditioning didn’t work as the battery was flat. Windows don’t open so room was far too hot and stuffy. Bed and pillows were a little soft for our liking.Hotel was extremely busy as there was a show on in the P&J Arena but not enough staff on to clear tables, serve drinks etc. Big cue at bar. Lift broke down in the morning causing cues for lift. Not enough tables for sitting eating breakfast, either carry your food right through the hotel to the other side or eat food at low tables which are fine for evening drinks but no good for eating food."

"Couldn’t get a parking spot but was still charged £5 for parking. No hot water in shower- Luke warm. Breakfast was disaster, no plates, cutlery, cups. Staff were slow to serve and stock up. "

"Arrived to a very dated hotel, the room was absolutely freezing we did try putting the heating up but when we came back from dinner and the show the room was still freezing, shower was cold too 😡 lovely big room and nice bathroom too. Breakfast was good. When we checked out we mentioned the room was freezing and the shower, we were told oh you should have asked for a heater 😳 I spoke to someone at breakfast and their room was freezing too, pity as we won't stay here again!"
