"the hotel was beautiful, lovely room and amazing bathroom. parking was difficult, the hotel us on a main road so nowhere to unload. nearest parking is above a shopping mall opposite that seems to have a million exits, i was directed to the wrong one but some not very helpful locals. i had 3 heavy bags so it took the shine off the stay somewhat. also the hotel has no staff on site so everything is keyless. weird but functional but they are available on text message and phone. there’s no food...

We had room no 5 with a queen bed and single with en suite and tea coffee facilities and a fridge as well.Really couldn't find any faults at all,we only had an overnight stay but would definitely return "

Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Unsure if I'd book via hotels.com...
