"The pool was closed for repairs, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. The room smelled like urine but did improve once we turned on the air conditioning. They gave us a handicapped accessible room (which we didnt need) and the adjustable shower head would not stay up. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was smelly and musty after use. The staff was great. "

My spouse was amazed by the food options and found all of them delicious. This hotel far exceeded our expectations, with a pool, hot tub, kickback hours, free drinks, complimentary breakfast, and free parking, making it arguably the best bang for your buck. When we return to Richmond, we will likely stay here again."
