"The trash in the hallway was an interesting thing though i didnt mind it much. Must be an unspoken rule that the trash is taken out that way as room service won't enter your room till you check out. Each sheet or cover on the bed had at least one cigarette hole burned through it. I could tell cause it was hard and charred around the edge of the hole. The place semi-regularly smelled of weed as well. Other than that it was an adequate stay for a convention over the weekend. "

"Do not believe the fake 10/10 reviews. Read through the 2/10 reviews. They are spot on. The room was disgusting. Filthy bathroom, filthy bathtub, huge blood stain on the mattress under the mattress pad, food on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. We didn’t even takeoff our jackets, we got out of there immediately and drove 2 1/2 hours home. I will never believe Expedia ratings again, without digging in to individual reviews. "Staff was very friendly. Parking was not an issue. This motel needs an overhaul. My room had roaches. I do not recommend this location unless it is an absolute last resort. Definitely learned my lesson about staying at cheap properties. "

"The room and shared spaces were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a pool table and shuffleboard table in the lobby that my kids and I enjoyed playing. We absolutely will stay there again when we are back in the area. "

"I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7."

"We requested a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us a room with one bed, when we went to the reception to let them know they took over 1/2 hour to then tell us that they did not have any rooms available with 2 beds, and couldn’t provide us with two rooms either, they told us with no worries in the world that they overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us. Basically left us stranded after a very long trip and being super exhausted."
