"Checkin was smooth, but once we got to our room, we noticed one of the ceiling fans was not fully connected to the ceiling. There were never any towels by the pool & we had to go to the front desk to get them. Our second night there, we wanted to take a shower after being at the beach/pool all day & there was no water!! We literally had to wait until the morning to shower! Also, I truly believe someone stole a pair of clothing from my suitcase when they came to "clean" the room! When I told the lady at the front desk about the issues, she didn't seem to care, nor did she offer any discounts. This was our first time staying there & definitely our last! The customer service is non-existent & the resort is trash! Do not waste your money here!"

"Decor and location are excellent but the mattress was horrible it was sunk in and old I have never slept on a hotel mattress that worn it caused back pain for both me and my husband, there was a musty odor to the room that lingered and there was a open hatch near the sink that I was nervous a bug or anything could have crawled out I would stay again because of the location and restaurants but would need to check the mattress"

"The property and feel of the facility is excellent. Everything is beautifully maintained. The staff in all facets is terrific. Housekeeping, food, front desk, the staff at the beach bar and the beach restaurants are extraordinary. Helpful, friendly, accommodating."

"This was our first all-inclusive experience and we were not disappointed. I wish that staff did a better job with clearing the sargasm, I also wish that there was more food availability besides the two options that were there. The coffee was honestly lacking flavor, but we drink it and we're happy to be in a place we had never been. Staff were very kind; additionally, I wish that room service was available for moments when we did not feel like getting up to go eat but would have liked to relax in our room. The overall appearance of the facility was very clean with the exception of people throwing their trash everywhere which was kind of annoying but not the facilities fault. "

"We were greeted by Doug the owner. He helped us bring our bags to our room. Room was decorated nicely and had everything you would need. AC was excellent. Doug and his wife bought property about a year ago and you can tell they have put alot of thought into it. St. Croix is delightful..The Cove is a gem. Best of luck!!"
