"The Cove is more like an A"

"Great views, right on the water. Room was not once cleaned during my 4 day stay and it wasn’t clean when I checked in. Sliding door to balcony didn’t work."

"Staff was great, the facility was nice and comfortable. Only issues we had was the restaurant/food/drink situation. Buffet was the only restaurant open all week. Their other restaurant was not open at all. Only option for lunch was the poolside bar. Had to wait over an hour sometimes for food with only one or two cooks for the resort. Drinks were good and staff did what they could. Asked for a glass of wine at dinner and was told no…...Had to go to the bar and get any alcoholic drinks yourself. Quite a few mornings there wasn’t much left on the breakfast buffet. When you go to an all inclusive for all you can eat/drink……..it’s disheartening when you show up and it is nothing like what was depicted on the website. Not worth the money spent. We spent way more time off of the resort unfortunately. "

"The wait and housekeeping staff could do better. That said the front office and manager was amazing. Especially Starr who was the sweetest person who made me feel so welcome, "

"Very steep hill from oceanfront room (Mermaid beach) to big house where terrace restaurant is. I could not walk up there due to back issues, but staff would pick me up in shuttle van. Beautiful property. More choices for dining would have been good- only one restaurant open for dinner each night."

"We had the best room there. Walk out the door and you’re on the beach. Everything was convenient but they don’t have elevators on St. Croix! The personnel were be friendly and aim to please. Good food also."
