"Northwest Point is a beautiful resort off the beaten path. If you're looking for a secluded, quiet, and affordable place to stay, look no further. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath villa as four adults and one child. It had ample space with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private patio. There were also 4 beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and umbrellas included that we took around with us all week. They also had a water cooler and bottle delivery which was incredibly generous. Although there were plenty of other guests, it was always calm and quiet outside. You WILL need a car to access this property. It's only a 10 minute drive to the town, but it's a long dirt road to get to and from the resort. Things that could use improvement: - One bathroom had some mold in the shower and there were gnats in the kitchen. Not surprising considering the climate, but the unit could've gotten a deeper clean. - We dined one night at the resort restaurant. Ron kindly gave us a voucher to use, but we waited over an hour for our very pricey pizzas only for them to be frozen pies. The live entertainment was fun, though! - There was a lot of algae on the private beach attached to the resort, so we couldn't swim unless we walked 10-15 mins down the beach. A little disappointing! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Ron was incredibly communicative and was only a text away at all times. The price point of this place alone is unbeatable! We plan to stay here next time we're on the island."

"The owner was very professional and kind. She checks in everyday to make sure everything was okay and we didn’t need anything. Spotless place. Very safe with a gate and security . Very spacious. Beautiful scenery and there’s a restaurant on site. You are right on the beach. Will definitely book again. "

"What a great place to relax! We made a last minute decision to take a quick few days away to celebrate our anniversary. Our host Lisa contacted us before we even left the US to give us some arrival details, which was very helpful. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen items we needed, but we had to supply all the food. The grounds, large pool area, and boardwalk to the beach were kept very clean. At the beach were lounges and chairs, as well as a handful of kayaks and paddle boards that we enjoyed taking out (no life jackets though). If there were any downside about the location, the beach had a lot of seaweed, but you can walk in either direction to find shallow open areas with clear water. I appreciated that the resort is away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, busier areas such as Grace Bay (~20-30 min drive away), but we needed to plan ahead. We bought groceries and ate most meals in the condo. There's a small restaurant on site open for dinner, and the quality of the food was on par with other places we ate. I'd even say the conch fritters were the best we had. Unlike some reviews we read, the signage was perfectly clear and we had no issues getting to the property. Be mindful that because the resort is not in the most developed part of the island, the roads aren't great, and the last several km are down a (decent) dirt road. If you want a quiet place to relax and you are on a budget, Northwest Point Resort is a great way to enjoy Turks and Caicos!"

"We absolutely loved the property, pool area was clean and beautiful. We got exactly what we wanted, the feeling that there is no one else but you on the beach. We came in april for 4 days and the place felt pretty empty which was what we wanted. The ocean was about 78 degrees which was a little chilli for us and the wind was blowing 20-30 mph. The air temp was 80 degrees so it wasnt that balmy weather that u want to cool of in the ocean. There was also a lot of seaweed in front of the condos so we walked about 10 minutes to the left to swim which was no big deal for us.. if you are in search of salitude than this is the place. There is a restaurant on the premises opened certain time of the year..which is nice., but the conch shack is like 12 minutes down the road with an awesome menu! 25-30 minutes to the center of the resort strip on the Grace bay. We booked the excursions via Viator...they have an awesome costumer support. 4 hr snorkeling catamaran was worth it. We will definitely return!"

"My wife and I brought our son and grandchildren here. Communication with the host was easy; they are responsive and friendly. Great to have a lovely pool AND the ocean. The grounds of this community are very well planned and maintained. There was constant (quiet and almost invisible) activity by the people who took care of the pool, care for the plants and cleaned walkways. They really care about their work. The actual unit was spotless; I mean perfectly clean. My wife (who is a cleaning machine) thinks this is the cleanest AirB&B we ever stayed in. When we were leaving we met the young woman who cleans this unit and again, very professional and excellent at what she does. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. It is well designed and easy to use and keep clean. The space is open and airy, two bathrooms and two bedrooms small balcony and living room that feel like you can relax in; not cramped. We did rent a jeep and we were glad to take little excursions. Visiting the far side of the island was 25 minutes close. There is plenty you can read about the wonders of Turks and Caicos. This place allows you to access all of that AND have quiet space. We do hope to return next year."

"This was a great place to stay! The property is very well-maintained and the grounds are very well-maintained. The beach was maintained daily with some kind of seaweed removing device as seaweed would build up along the shore. There is literally a mile of private beach beyond the beach associated with the “resort“. There was actually a small reef just 100 m offshore to snorkel and see fish. They had kayaks and paddle boards for people to use as well. It’s not like they serve drinks around the pool, but they do have a restaurant which you just go in and can order from. Also the food is not too bad there. Nice running path through the national park which is just next-door to the gated resort. Good security is present as well. The location is a bit outside of town, but we really liked the quiet and privacy of this. Our family had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. If we are back on the island, we will definitely want to stay here again."

"The resort is well located in a secluded area which we LOVE! There are so many conches when you walk toward the Northwest Point. The water is not as nice as Grace Bay beach but the kids still enjoyed it. The pool is well maintained with floaters available. The condo was well equipped except that it was missing the extra sheets for the sofa bed. We called the manager using whatsapp and she rushed over to give us some. She was very responsive."
