"The property was exactly as advertised and conveniently located just a short 5-7 min drive to Taylor Bay Beach and less than 10 minutes to Sapodilla Bay Beach. Perfect for multi-generational travel or for a large group of friends, home is large, with plenty of space to gather or for privacy, amazing views from the massive patio with outdoor dining, and a stocked kitchen and grill for when you're eating in. Plenty to do with entertainment provided by a separate game room with pool table, swimming pool, and private pier with 5 kayaks, No need to pack, home is equipped with cooler, beach chairs, snorkels, and even fishing rods. Home is located in a safe neighborhood, but we appreciated that the property was gated (access via keypad and remote), for additional security and a sense of safety,The host Vallie, was great to work with, provided detailed check-in/check-out instructions, and was very responsive to communication leading up to and during the trip. We experienced a random issue with the gate getting stuck (caught on overgrown tree), she responded within minutes and had a handyman onsite within an hour on a Sunday evening. Thanks again!Considering the location, size, amenities, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host, very good value and a strong contender for your visit to Providenciales."

"Our stay at "Off the Grid" on Chalk Sound was nothing short of extraordinary! The villa itself is a true slice of paradise, perched directly over the most stunning, vibrant turquoise water I’ve ever seen. Spending our mornings sipping coffee while watching the most stunning sunrises and days lounging by the infinity pool while soaking in those panoramic water and island views felt like a dream. The pictures don’t even do it justice, it is even more beautiful in real life, it is like living in the most beautiful postcard you have ever seen.The location is perfection. Being so close to Taylor Beach, easily the most pristine and family-friendly beach in the world. Whether we were swimming in the calm, crystal-clear shallows or just relaxing on the sand, it felt like our own private oasis.This trip was the best I have ever had and my family fell in love with Turks and Caicos and this house. It is hard to encapsulate how absolutely perfect and amazing this property is for experiencing such a special and beautiful island.A massive thank you to Tim and Cady, who truly elevated our experience. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, ensuring that every detail of our stay was seamless. If you are looking for a beautiful, tranquil getaway in Turks and Caicos, look no further. This place is a hidden gem and we cannot wait to return!"
Beach Cottage with Amazing Chalk Sound Views!

"Great value. Located on quiet side of island, so keep in mind all, except maybe 3, restaurants are a 20 min drive. Would be better if there were beach chairs available for use. The ones provided were tall camping style chairs, not the low beach chairs. We ended up renting beach chairs instead, so with the price of the rental it’s not a concern of cost but would be better to know in advance."

"We absolutely loved this villa and the location! You really cannot get a better view. I just kept saying it’s just so beautiful! My husband and son tried out the kayaks, and my daughter and I enjoyed laying out and swimming near the house. We rented a jeep so we could travel around the island. Las Brisas is close by and we had a great brunch there. Omar’s Beach Hut is also fairly close and we ate there twice it was so good! The host was great. She was super friendly and always responded to any communication quickly. My daughter even left her hoodie behind and she ran it up to us as we were returning our car. Amazing service!"
Tropical Villa Paradise: Pool, Beach & 360° Views

"The house is very nice and well maintained. It does have beautiful view to the water but no dock and it’s a steep walk down a cement/rock path to the water. It seemed to be about a 30 minute drive from anything we wanted to do. Las Brisas restaurant is about 5-10 minutes away and it’s a wonderful restaurant with great food and even better view. The only issue we ran into is we could not get the oven to work and reached out to the host with no response. Luckily there was a toaster oven we used for cooking food. The fire alarm battery went low, started beeping, so we reached out again and still no response from the host. We gave proof that we’d placed multiple calls, text and a VM, and gave our number for them to reach out to us, still never heard back. Only correspondence is from whoever ran the VRBO page and was instructed to unplug the fire alarm."

"The outdoor space is the highlight of this property! Traveled with a group of 7 spanning three generations as a 65th birthday celebration for my father. Pros: The pool, beach, and outdoor space were an easy 5 stars. Pool was a great size for our group and a great depth (adults could stand throughout). Beach was gorgeous with schools of fish every day. The breeze was incredible and the views stunning. House itself was spacious, air conditioning worked great, and well sound-proofed. The views are truly picture perfect!We were traveling with an 18 month old so the slide was also a big hit, and they had baby gates that were a life saver! Kitchen was well stocked for serveware and we loved having the kamado Joe smoker/grill. Cons: House had some maintenance issues that weren’t deal breakers but were disappointing for the price point (broken stove burners, broken couch in movie room, shower fixtures, grill not cleaned). We did have some access issues with the gate and guest house key pad battery dying. They were resolved in about a day, but the guest house access would have been far more problematic if we had been using it for a bedroom. It seems the instructions provided for a lockbox are old, and there are no longer spare physical keys provided. Downstairs layout of the main house was also a bit strange. Had the most phenomenal living room upstairs with amazing views, but no central space/couch to gather on the main level. Overall memorable stay in a beautiful property!"
