I really like that check out time was noon and breakfast was great!!

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

Friendly staff, nice room and amenities minus heater in pool not working properly, decent breakfast, overall very pleasant experience and we’d come back : )

My stay was very smooth and comfortable.

The elevator actually worked properly. That is a rarity. Attached restaurant was a great thing due to blizzard weather conditions. Bartender was on point!

Friendly staff, clean room, very quiet, nice variety of food choices for breakfast

Great stay. Lobby and Room were clean and well prepared. Parking lot was full when i arrived, about 9pm, but they share the parking garage across the street with the Play museum. It's just across the street, but i would recommend getting your bags to the room before you park. Good breakfast, nothing more than you would expect, but a lot of seating and options.

Everything

Lovely staff, clean and safe!

I recently booked a suite for my daughter's 13th birthday sleepover and we had an amazing time. Shout out to Marsha at the front desk she was amazing and really made us feel welcome and at home. This hotel is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great!! Really an unforgetable experience. Thanks again to the residence Inn by Marriott staff!! You rock!!

Friendly staff, clean facility and nice breakfast space and options.

The room was very spacious and clean. There is a nice fire pit and seating area outside. The breakfast is good for a quick bite.

Great clean, safe property in the U Rochester vicinity. Rooms are newly renovated. Would stay again.

This is a wonderful “value” hotel that we stay in often. Comfortable, clean, nice rooms with a great tv, and an awesome staff, from check-in, to breakfast staff to just running into staff in the elevator, so friendly, kind, and attentive. Well done to all involved at this property.

Probably the best hotel around university of Rochester! Great dining options! Very clean rooms and pleasant staff!

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The owners were welcoming and sweet. We were upgraded to a beautiful room. The room was stylish, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh brewed coffee, fresh squeezed juice, pastries, salmon toast, and crepes! Overall experience was amazing.
