"I loved this resort I was so sad to leave the staff in Henrietta’s made us feel so welcome - I would give 5 stars but we did have an issue around the pool - one day the adult pool was closed due to a ticketed party - if we had noticed we would have changed our plans and gone out for the day - the other day we had an issue where staff advised we had to take the umbrella down due to the wind - which was fine however the sun was so strong - my husband has a heart condition so needs to be in shade...
