"We had a great time exploring Albuquerque. Casa Pearla was located centrally and only took a few minutes to get to any of our intended destinations. The Casa is well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, spices, paper products. Instructions were very clear and host Alyce was very responsive. Big thanks for the snacks that were left for us!"

"My friend flew in from Tulum, I came in from Portland and we visited some of our favorite places from when we lived in ABQ 20 years ago as well as some new great finds. This house is comfortable, charming, clean and walking distance to the Rio Grande (just down Mountain), Old Town, Saw Mill Market and so many yummy restaurants. Plus the home comes with a fabulously full cherry tree!"

"This was my second time staying at the property. It’s a perfect little sanctuary, close to everything and has everything you need. The location is great, has off street parking, and a private fenced back patio. I’ll definitely stay here again when I next travel to the area."

"Lovely yurt with a beautiful view out back. Easy drive to downtown Durango for dinner. Having a mini fridge and option to turn on heat or AC was great. After our kids fell asleep, my husband and I sat out on camp chairs to look at the stars - so memorable and would definitely stay again next time were in Durango."

"We definitely enjoyed this property and all the amenities it had to offer. I’m sure there are a few we did not use, but the kitchen was fully equipped to cook or have a dinner for a family. The grill and patio space outside was very nice with wireless speakers a grill and fire pit. Everything was nicely labeled in the linen closet, and in the kitchen. "This house had plenty of room to give everyone space to themselves but the best part of this property is the large, spacious and outstanding backyard as our dogs loved it as did us! Great to look out and enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks taking it all in! Saw deer and turkey several times. The yard is very well maintained and fenced in so you don’t have to worry about pups being outside enjoying themselves. Plenty of kitchen items for home cooking as well. "We had a great stay. The house isn’t very far from Pagosa and was an easy drive into Durango as well. The property is in a neighborhood, but feels very private, especially the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. You’ll definitely want 4WD or AWD to get in and out of the driveway if the weather is wet at all."

"The house is in a perfect location for accessing downtown Farmington as well as the highways for exploring the surrounding areas. It was especially well stocked compared to most rentals with a generous number of blankets and thoughtful kitchen supplies such as a coffee machine with multiple flavors. Tim was immediately responsive to all questions and exceptionally accommodating. We'll absolutely stay here again when visiting Farmington."

"It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place."

"First of all the adobe is historical and old! But redone in an extremely tasteful way! Exposed beams and a fireplace. We sat outside after 10pm and the star gazing could not be beat! We saw a shooting star and then we heard coyotes sound off - the whole mountain experience came together. In the morning it was coffee on the patio and we watched elk. We could hear the cows and saw the horses from the working ranch around us. All in all, a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!!"
