"The home itself was beautiful, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and attentive, which we really appreciated.However, we did have two major issues during our stay. First, the pool was not properly cleaned—the pool guy came but didn’t do a thorough job. More importantly, the house had a serious spider problem. "Terrible. Although I didn’t stay for my stay they threaten to take “legal actions” because their system never charged me on the due date for my stay. That resulting in us not staying because it was too much hassle. Mind u they claim they have video evidence of me checking in which is a lie because I never did.
