"I had such a wonderful stay at this studio cottage in Palos Verdes, which was even more beautiful than the photos! I spent a month here and appreciated how peaceful it felt. The space was sparkling clean and thoughtfully set up, with everything I needed—stove, in-unit laundry, a comfortable bed, AC, and a spacious closet. "Great place to stay for the weekend. But the home was not very clean. There were sticky dirty stains on the kitchen floor. The silverware and some pans in the drawer had food stains. The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned. The top linen on the beds was dusty. I thoroughly cleaned everything before I let my kids walk around and start using the home. There...
