"This property has seen better days. I expect more from a Wyndham property. The hallways were dingy and dark. The room was good and well maintained by the cleaning crew. The bathroom needed a total updating. There was plenty of safe parking. The person who checked me in wasn’t very pleasant and had absolutely no idea what “brunch” is when I asked for a recommendation. Having said all this, I would stay there again only because of its location to my family."

"The staff are lovely, room was great, bed comfy but I stayed for 2 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned which I would normally expect to happen everyday. The breakfast was pretty average, I had the buffet and the scrambled eggs were probably the worst eggs I’ve ever had. I did however like the motivational and perspective posters and the opportunities for improving mental health. "

"This property is very dilapidated and could use a lot of renovations. First room we got, the tv wasn’t working. The 2nd room had some kind of stain in the corner and smelled like smoke. Some of the ceiling tiles were out of place, but at that point, we were too tired to be moved again. I spoke with another guest whose first room was already occupied and they walked in to a naked man and their second room had a large blood stain on the rug. First time here and definitely the last time."

"They charge me for $100 deposit and told I'm gonna receive it 5 to 7 business days is been 10 days and still haven't received my money yet, I call them they said sometimes it takes more than. I mean how? I've never paid a deposit at any hotel except this, and the fact that they don't send your money back is crazy "

"I’ve been staying at the Hilton for many years and it hasn’t changed much - still comfortable, still maintained well, rooms are big, bathrooms are clean…only disappointment is breakfast that’s been downsized so there’s no buffet. Individual orders of eggs, French toast, waffles or pancakes are on offer instead. It’s ok, just not as expansive."

"Convenient place to stay when going to NYC. While I wasn't there long, the place was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast options could have been a bit more extensive. "
