2/10 Terrible

"The hotel room was not well maintained. There was no microwave where there should have been one. The mini fridge below where the microwave should have been was clean but a bit wobbly. There was only one towel in the bathroom upon arrival and the bottom part of handicap bar in the shower was not attached. I went to grab onto it while showering and it swung to the right almost causing me to fall. Later on, I went to the front office to ask for more towels because they do not have phones in the hotel room to call the front desk. Once back in the room, I noticed a brown stain on one of the towels the person at the front desk had just given me."

"The location was convenient for our trip into NYC, and the hotel is a reasonably priced option for a place to sleep and go forward. The breakfast had diverse offerings, and the dining room staff were exceptional -- very friendly and helpful with every aspect of the dining; they really brightened up our day. The room cleaning staff were also very friendly, courteous and helpful. The doors between rooms were somewhat scuffed (needing some paint) and the carpets seemed a bit worn, but overall it was a good stay made especially pleasant by the friendly and helpful staff."

"We absolutely loved our stay at LY New York Hotel! My husband and I stayed for a few days, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location for getting around New York and seeing everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. This has definitely become our go-to spot every time we’re in New York. We always look forward to staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city—whether it’s your first trip or one of many!"

"The staff is excellent I give the staff 10 Stars but the owner gets maybe two stars the rooms need to be remodeled you cannot have carpet down and then put carpet on top of it the height stains and you have to clean the carpets they have something called faux wood. Which I recommend putting in the rooms and you can put throw carpets on top of it.... And the windows need to be washed.... Other than that it's okay... For the price of $140 a night"

"They are no signs for people to know where the front desk is located There were a lot of cuts with cleaning materials in the hallway. I had no help pulling my 3 suitcases. But the staff could see that I need help. They never even greeted me. The rooms were excellent clean."
