"Nice hotel good location"

"The parking is misleading, there are only around 8 parking spaces available. The bed was hard and the hallway of our floor smelled like cigarettes. We also called the front desk around 8:40 am requesting toilet paper and was told that we had to wait until 9:00 am but didn’t receive any toilet paper until 9:45 am. Thankfully there was a parking garage up the block that charges between $12-$18. "

"This place is really sad. Staff is friendly and water pressure was strong, but that is the only positive. I had stayed here about 10-15 years ago and it has seriously gone down hill."

"The customer service was top tier, the front desk was so polite and helpful. The room was clean and so beautifully decorated. The dinner and brunch at the restaurant was delicious! It was a wonderful staycation and I will be back!"
