New Penthouse Suite w/ Ocean and Pool View

This beautiful penthouse is the perfect destination for families, friends, or anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Nosara. Located just 4 min walk the beach in a quite residential area. It features 2 large private balconies, one with ocean view and another with pool view, for you to enjoy with your favorite drink, reading a book or witnessing our magical sunsets. Relax by the pool surrounded by our beautiful tropical garden or do a hike in the nature trails behind the house. These 2 bedrooms fit 4 guests. Each room includes a queen size bed, AC, high speed internet, desk, private bathroom and large windows to give an open, airy feel. It also includes a full kitchen, spacious living room and dining area with large sliding glass doors that bring the outdoor jungle environment in. Our shared pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden located privately behind the apartment building with 24hour access. You have access to a share workout area with mats and some weights. Also, a roof top is available with a hammock and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze, sunset or just relax. BBQ available in your porch. Laundry is onsite for your convenience. You can enjoy the entire 3rd floor, last one in the building, very private. Laundry area, garden and pool in the first floor ! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful trees. Only 4 min walk to a beautiful beach. It’s walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, yoga studios and surf break. You can walk to most places, there are restaurants near by and the beach is close. Also, we have tuktuks here that are like taxis and they take you close by for $7/$8. You can also, rent an ATV, Golf Car orCcar, I can help you with this if you want.
