"La struttura si trova in zona centrale. Ciò che è risultata pessima è la gestione. Sono rimasto oltre 2 ore e mezzo sulle scale, a mezzanotte, dopo una giornata pesante, perché qualcuno aveva chiuso il portone di ingresso dall'interno. Ho provato inutilmente a mandare un messaggio, considerata l'ora, alla ragazza che si occupa della gestione. Non ricevendo alcuna risposta ho provato a chiamare e dopo alcuni squilli a vuoto ha spento il telefono. Allucinante! Nessun altro recapito fornito,...

"Bagno minuscolo, senza acqua calda corrente (nonostante avessimo avvisato tempestivamente, nessuno è intervenuto). Colazione Self Service a base di prodotti confezionati da discount, no acqua in bottiglia, no frutta, no colazione salata di nessun tipo. Personale totalmente assente, pulizia delle camere non effettuata regolarmente."

"We arrived for check in to find nobody at the hotel. It took 5 phone calls and 1hour later for anybody to turn up to let us in. This understandably is unacceptable! The 'parking' was little to non-existent and whilst the bnb was clean, the decor was a little 'too much' for our taste. Location is miles out of the city with parking very difficult in the city centre. Breakfast was very average...overall, I would not stay here again."

The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). And the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful."
