Breakfast was unbearable well cooked and varied choices also . Every where was spotlessly clean 10 out of 10 definitely. I will make it one of my must stay again places . Good location for the train station 🙂 Liked the pack in the room with the story of Beggar's Bridge, we had a walk down to it after a delicious breakfast and ended up carrying along through the woods. "Cameron and his wife have created a lovely, bespoke place to stay in Staithes. Our room was spotless and the bed was really comfy. Perfect cooked breakfast from Cameron. We would love to return. A decent hill to negotiate down to the quay and the rooms but worth the effort."

"A nice place in a great location just a 5 minute walk from Grosmont Station. Its not a modern hotel, and rooms are not soundproofed so you can expect to overhear other guests coming and going. The showers are difficult to set to the right heat and are affected by other people using water. A bit of modernisation would help. Decor in room dated and could do with refreshing but otherwise, a nice friendly place to spend a few nights. "
