huge bed room

when i checked in, staff already had my papers to check in, it was late at night about 9pm. he was very nice and suggest us to do different things in Nuremberg, gave us train schedule and city map. breakfast was awesome, the coffee maker is excellent. I thinks this was formerly an apartment, we have two huge rooms for party of three. there is microwave and coffee maker (coffee was provided0, The apartment is away from the city but if you have a car it would be perfect. we didn't have any problem finding the hotel.

Pleasant stay

Great host! Very obliging and friendly. Positively surprised by the size of the room or rather the apartment. We booked a room for three and had a small apartment with two separate bedrooms. The breakfast room was very nice and the staff made fresh sunny side up eggs for us. He ensured that we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we only had cold water in the shower. But besides that it was a very pleasant stay.

il titolare è stato molto cortese.La camera spaziosa ma assente di ogni cura. Mancavano accessori, tapparella che non saliva o scendeva con ragnatele nei contorni, abbiamo trovato bustine del the aperte del cliente precedente, le tazze sporche, la bustina delle ciabattine vuota dentro l'armadio. Nel frigo mancava la bottiglia dell'acqua e non ci è stata portata. Noi abbiamo trascorso due notti e le pulizie quotidiane non sono state eseguite. Decisamente pessimo visto anche il prezzo esagerato.

Good price-value-for-money place for one night stop. We were on the trip from Poland to Legoland. Arrival in the afternoon, quick check-in, sight-seeing in the old town till midnight, sleep, pretty nice breakfast and departure. 2 adults and 3 kids - separate room for kids. Bottled water and tea, coffee and kettle available in the room. For us it worked very well. Area for improvement - it takes time for water to finally get warm in the bathroom taps.

A bit too expensive for what it is!!!

The hotel at first approach looks very bad, but the inside is much nicer then the outside, unfortunately it was a hot day and no air conditioning in the room, nor a fan available and no curtains occultant so bright very early morning hard to sleep in. But the breakfast was awesome the receptionist was helpful and very nice.

Great stay in a residential area of Nuremburg

Our host was extremely helpful and accomodating. These efficiency apartments are on the third floor of an apartment complex. We were not expecting the stairs, but our host insisted on carrying the luggage. Breakfast was excellent, including freshly made eggs or pancakes. We were in a residential neighborhood, with good parking and easy access to the city sights.

Modernes Zimmer und super netter Inhaber

Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel - keine suche nötig, u-Bahn in der Nähe. Sehr hilfsbereiter und flexibler Inhaber. Leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück. Modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Preis-leistungsverhältnis top! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Als wir angekommen sind, habe ich mich sofort an DDR erinnert gefühlt. Das Hotel macht überhaupt keinen guten Eindruck von aussen. Ebenso die Umgebung. Der Weg zur U-Bahn-Station ist nicht ganz so leicht zu finden. Allerdings hat mir unser Zimmer sehr gut gefallen, es war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut gewesen.

Hotel estranho e sem elevador

Hotel esquisito, não tem recepção e nem elevador. Ficamos no quarto andar e tivemos que subir as escadas com as malas. O senhor que cuida do hotel foi gentil e ajudou a carregar. O banheiro estava em péssimas condições, o chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente (nós fomos no inverno) e a porta do box estava quebrada. Pedimos para consertarem, mas não fomos atendidos. A localização também não é boa. Fica muito longe do centro histórico e não tem nada perto. Parece uma área residencial. Não tem nem restaurantes, sorte que nós estávamos de carro. Internet ruim.

Insgesamt guter Eindruck. Im Zimmer war etwas zu kalt, obwohl die Heizung an war. Der Kühlschrank machte etwas Lärm. Das Frühstück und der freundliche Gastgeber haben das alles mehr als Wett gemacht.

A great value including parking and bfast!

We arrived by car so the included free parking was great. CITYSLEEP is a very small location located in a residential area and a few blocks off the common areas. The building is fairly new, spacious and up to date vs. most other places we stayed this trip. Arriving after dark it will likely be dark with no lights on. As you walk to the door motion sensors will turn on lights. A call box will buzz you in. Up a flight of wide modern concrete stairs and you see a window manned by Wolfgang the owner/manager. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in orienting us to sights to see. All rooms are on this same floor as well as the generous bfast buffet. The hallway to the room was dark with motion sensor which immediately lit up nicely. The room was comfortable, modern and newer bathroom fixtures. Comfortable bed, refrigerator complete with bottled water, coffee maker, desk, wardrobe, towel warmer. Within 2 blocks of transportation so that would be fine as well. The included bfast buffet was very generous and tasty with both warm and cold food options, juices, coffee/expresso machine. We spent 2 nights and the first bfast there were 3 other couples. Our last morning we were the only ones there and Wolfgang spent considerable time talking with us about the area, politics, German economy, etc. He has a great laugh. A great value!
