Classic German Hotel, restaurant and bar

Top 5 stars all the way around. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Bar and restaurant are classic German. Location cannot be beat either. The staff were great as well. Highly recommend.

Christmas market

We had ready access (short walk) to the train station and Christmas markets. The location was very convenient, even though we were 1 floor above the restaurant ( no elevators!) and overlooking a very busy pedestrian street, it was surprisingly quiet. It was clean but small and very basic…the restaurant was very good. Ask for an extra blanket as they are made for twin beds

Great location! Easy to get off Train or Ubahn and property is very close. Step out of the hotel, turn left, walk a block and you’re in the heart of Nürnberg. The restaurant on the ground floor has some great food too!

This property is about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station. It is right outside the medieval market and at the beginning of the Christmas market. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious with spots for our suitcases and still be able to move around. The bathroom was great - good shower and a towel warmer which was perfect when chilled. There is no elevator which isn't the end of the world but be prepared to bring your luggage up the gorgeous staircase. Great way to work up an appetite for meals.:)

Great stay super close to the train station

Location - great, just inside the city walls by the main train station Staff - super friendly guy checked me in. Even gave me a small beer from the bar while I waited Room -= roomy, quiet, clean One comment - there is no elevator so be ready to go up and down one to four flights of stairs. Would definitely book here again

Very good hotel! Check in is at a bar which i thought was pretty cool, the hotel is on top of a restaurant and bar so very convenient. Only bad thing is if you have luggages or have trouble doing stairs wouldn’t recommend. Theres no elevators so we had to walk up four floors of stairs everytime to get to our room. But the location is perfect, in the heart of everything!

i loved everything about this hotel except for the fact that we were placed on the 4th floor and there is so many flight of stairs - it took forever for me to get to the room especially since i have heart issues. It was extremely difficult.

It was an Amazon place to stay in Nürnberg. It's close to the main station and the downtown area. Be forewarned, there is no elevator and my room was in the 5th floor.

Staff where friendly and in a nice location. However the rooms weren't clean at all. Needed a good hoover and a mop. The amount of hair and dust on the floors where somewhat grim

Perfect Location at Great Value

The hotel’s location is perfect if you arrive by train and want to explore the old town area, everything is in walking distance! The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable, all we needed for just one night. Be aware that you will have to carry all your luggage up two or more flights of stairs. It didn’t bother us since we traveled light, but with a lot of heavy luggage that’s a problem. However, this is the only negative thing I can think of. We really appreciated the free welcome beer and water in our room as well as the fridge, not usually available in German hotel rooms. Plus we thought the value you got for the money was excellent!

Old building

A stay so close to the station in the Old town. Very old building, no air conditioning, no elevator. I was on the 3rd floor rm 5 at the back looking on the alley 😞 there was a fan but it did nothing for the heat. There was raucous party and firecrackers and noise all night. Double bed was 2 singles together that were on wheels so all night they would move if you roll over. The room was clean, service was friendly, mini fridge in room, good enough for a quick one night but definitely not for long vacation.
