"I would rate my stay at CYBO to be 10/10. The cleaning staff, front desk and everyone were very friendly. The location of the hotel is walking distance to dongmen pedestrian street. The room was very smartly designed and even though it wasnt the largest space, it was very comfortable for 2 pax. The fscilities wrre very new, the beds alwere clean and confortable, and every device and layput was very smartly designed. I will definitelt book here again when I return to Shenzhen - there is no better value for your money than this hotel if you are staying in Luohu."

"Just an observation/recommendation for the customers that are at Shenzhen for the first time without internet access. It would be helpful to have printed information of buses around the area and places to shop close to the Hotel in English. We were fortunate to have friends living close by to help us with sims cards and moving us around. The free internet sucks and couldn't connect from the room, also the A/C wasn't cooling enouph at night. Other than that everything was perfect, thanks!"
