"Great hotel, clean rooms and nice breakfast"

"Peter o the staff gave me an upgrade room when I arrived. His English was not too bad. The internet was unsecured and my VPN (Nord) was able to get a secure connection. I didn’t have a problem with getting my email (Gmail), I guess because of the VPN secure connection. After I left Shenzhen I couldn’t get any emails at all. I have been in Changsha and Xi’an and still no luck getting a secure connection with VPN in hotels in either city. Not sure why. So I’m not sure if being in the Crowne Plaza...

"The maintenance of the hotel is good. Good for family travel with kids as their pool is big & fun. Great location as have subway exit right in front of the hotel."

"Staffs were really helpful and responsive! Room very spacious and well maintained. The only thing were the hotel power plugs were hard to plug in."

"The place was very outdated and none of the staff was able to communicate easily. It also appeared that a lot of the staff wasn't sure how and what to answer, when asked a question. It also turns out that everything closes very early within the hotel. I'm not sure if that's a function of rules and regulations of the town or of the hotel."
