"以五星級飯店來說性價比很低，價錢貴的只有地理因素，附近走5分鐘就是萬象城，確實是很方便。但除了這個，不管是餐飲或是客房清潔度都不是太理想。
1. 我買的是使用嘉賓軒，再包括早餐的房型。入住當天，幫我登記的服務人員，就只說了嘉賓軒是酒廊，有免費飲料可以提供。若要額外的就要收費，導致我們以為進去就只能喝飲料。我們再詳細問，他也顯得有點不耐煩。
2. 嘉賓軒的餐飲服務不理想。我們晚上7點半左右進去都是自助型式為主，可是喝的東西要甚麼沒甚麼。所有酒精，就除了Gin和啤酒還剩有之外，其他的如Vodka、Whiskey、紅白酒就只剩空瓶子放在那裡。水果沒剩多少，也不是立馬fill。有糖水，但連個碗也沒有。早餐到32樓餐廳用膳，情況也是類似，而且選擇很少，食物質素一般。但用餐環境起碼比嘉賓軒好。
3. 室內電視只能看電視，沒有自己的電影台，而且只能投屏，還要找酒店的工程部弄。
4. 晚上睡覺一直被東西咬，完全睡不好，第二天醒來，我和朋友都是被咬的痕跡。我們退房時跟前台溝通了有關於這件事，她就送了我們兩個小袋，也沒要打算留下聯繫方法做回覆。而且還是我們自己問她...
