A 10-minute walk takes you to Cornet Bay, where a public boat ramp offers easy access to the area's best fishing spots and boating routes to the San Juan Islands. You’re also just minutes from Anacortes—home to waterfront dining, boutique shops, and ferry service to the San Juans.

Inside, the home blends cozy charm with modern comfort. The open-concept living area invites you to relax by the stone fireplace on plush leather seating or gather for a movie night on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen centers around a striking epoxy island with seating for six—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A dining table for eight, with a bench that can accommodate two more, ensures everyone has a place at the table. The full kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook (or just reheat) with ease.

With five bedrooms and sleeping space for up to ten guests, there’s room for everyone to settle in. The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite with walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms—one with a queen bed, the other with two twins—provide classic comfort. A bonus room with a sleeper sofa adds flexibility for your group. Across the backyard, a detached guest suite with queen bed offers peaceful seclusion near the firepit.

Step outside to enjoy the lodge’s signature amenities: soak in the private hot tub, roast marshmallows around the firepit with seating for eight, or dine al fresco beneath the towering evergreens. A washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and thoughtful touches throughout complete the experience.

Home Truths:
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note, you may occasionally see harmless garter snakes on the property; they’re a natural part of the local environment.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
