"The heat pump was horribly loud, so loud hard to sleep. Unclear which unit we were supposed to be in, I believe I rented the lower unit as we are 2 77 year olds, but got the top unit when we got here. Also several light fixtures did not work. Fireplace didn’t work. View is fantastic. "

There was trash all over the property outside (old rusting chairs, chip bags, etc.), and the decking is starting to fall apart. There had been a significant storm event, so when we arrived, the driveway was covered in sand, and the garage door was ajar from piled-up sand/debris. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.
