We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront resort in Port Clinton! From the moment I booked, the staff impressed me with their courteous service — they even called ahead to personally provide check-in details, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The resort is right on the beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the beach area was. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier — just steps away from my room, making it perfect for a morning stroll...

Nothing but excellence. Everything conceivable has been done by the management of this hotel to provide guests with a stay that exceeds expectations in every way.

Everything was great. Clean rooms shower water pressure fantastic and plenty of hot water night and next morning. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great tasting and plenty of choices. Staff very friendly.

Great breakfast with tons of options, friendly and helpful staff, clean and updated rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely come back to this hotel!

Booked this Hotel as a stop on our way to Illinois for a family gathering. Booked with the Hotels.com app while driving and they were all set for us when we arrived. Check in took 2 minutes and we were ready to rest up for our drive the next day. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast the next day was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, very nice hotel, great restaurants near buy, just loved the location, waonderrul lake views as one drives towards hotel location

Nice place! 2nd time staying here. Will stay again! Great location.

We had the best time for bike week 2019. A definite place to stay again next year

We had a fantastic stay! Check in was quick and easy. Valerie at the front desk was wonderful! Helpful, efficient, and so kind! Breakfast was delicious, and the pool and spa were great for all travelers who were ready to play a bit. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. Our room overlooked the water and was just so relaxing. A great place to stay for any length!

Clean, modern, quiet and no upcharge for our pup!

Clean, bug free and just what I needed.

Researching hotels in this area, the main problem at this price point was cleanliness. This hotel was simply immaculate and very clean! The room seems modernized also. We stayed in #1. I read in reviews that #8 was also remodeled. I believe this hotel to be be the best for the price point and maybe best in the area. We will stay here again when I. Toledo!!! Simy delightful!. Only downside is don't expect more than a small snack for breakfast. They did have some boxes of cereal sitting there. But...

The Wave was awesome! We stayed in the 3rd floor suite, the view of lake Erie was amazing! The people were helpful and friendly.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Put-In-Bay. It's a 5 minute drive from the Port Clinton Jet Express. A simple place, not luxurious, but clean and efficient. Nice pool. Awesome lakefront property. You can actually walk into the water (no beach, rocks only!). It's right off Route 2 and next to plenty of food options. Free parking and a shuttle in the mornings to Jet Express. If you're looking for liquor (none on the island!!) go to Kroger's.

I was driving across country.. Checked in at eleven p m was back on the road.By four fifteen a m... Nice place, but I didn't really utilize anything. Then, it was a really clean room.. I love that they didn't have any carpeting. Hard floors are good and clean

The only suggestion for the unit we were in, C unit, would be that the larger bathroom could really use a cabinet next to the sink basin. There is no flat surface in which to lay toiletries. Otherwise, we loved the place and would rent again. By the way, the housekeeping young lady, Lindsey, was very nice and helped us find our unit. And if she’s the one who cleaned our unit before we arrived, she did an excellent job!

From check-in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean from the lobby, hallways, elevator and the room.

Love this place, it's quiet and the location is perfect

The hotel is very beautiful. Everything is very clean, and nice. My family love it. We will be back to visit my daughter in Toledo University Ohio in this August, of course we will book this hotel again.
