"Cumberland House is a gem right in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe and the room layout was both functional and inviting. I especially loved the balcony with beautiful views of the Sunsphere and World’s Fair Park—perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Knoxville!"

"I didn’t catch her name, but the woman who checked us in was friendly and had everything organized and ready to go. She made the whole check in process seamless and quick! The breakfast was also a nice selection and the woman who was the cook was also friendly and helpful! Clean all around. Would stay again!"

"This hotel is wonderful. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with restaurants, beverages and transportation to the restaurant via golf cart on a rainy evening. I would give it six stars. Only downside was pillows are a bit poofy so if you like a flatter pillow then bring your own. "
