"Gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. Hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was clean. Bed was too hard for my liking but that was my only issue (and I'm a wuss)."

"It was very convenient for our 1 night stay. It was easy get into, we were on the 3rd floor and the layout and elevator made it quick and easy. The parking lot was safe and accessible, we could see our car from the room. We checked in the evening of 5/12/25 and the wonderful lady at the front desk was amazing!! She took care of us and made us feel right at home! Wow!!!. That made all the difference. The front desk agent is a tough job, and she was the best!!! I would love to stay again when we have the chance. Thanks!"

"Quiet and clean"

"Convenient to the airport. Room was spacious suite but smelled like an old bag of Fritos. The carpet seemed a bit dirty. I was only there a hot minute to catch an early early flight. Bed was fairly comfortable. Really the downside was the room smelled like mildew and funk and the carpet seemed a bit worn. This could also be a hotel for night time workers I have a feeling. The staff was very very friendly and check in a breeze. I appreciated the morning shuttle to the airport although it was was too full when it arrived and a bit uncomfortable being stuffed into a mini van with strangers. I probably would choose a different hotel next time. I was debating on staying at the Magnolia downtown for close to the same price and a shuttle. Next time I would. This hotel is a C."

"Dated and in below-average condition. Was not asked if I preferred smoking or non-smoking, and was given a smoking room. Fridge was very noisy. Not up to the usual standard i have come to expect from a Quality hotel - at all. "
