"The first thing I usually do when I get to a room is set up my CPAP machine. There were no plugs next to the bed so i moved the bed slightly to get to an outlet and saw that it has not been cleaned under in a really long time. I stayed the night, but was not happy. I went to breakfast the next morning and it was so messy and burnt stuff on the waffle maker. We did not eat breakfast. We actually left the hotel 2 days earlier than we were originally booked for."

"This hotel at Masidon Heights had no room service for our 4 day stay. The carpets were filthy and sticky. The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets didnt stay on. The bed folded in and was SUPER high up. I am 5'8" and struggled to get in. Then rolled in and sunk to the middle. The smoke detector didnt even have a battery installed. Nor was it plugged into the wall. I went to the front desk to get fresh towels and toilet paper after the 2nd day, and inquired about the room service. The lady said yes they had room service. We were scheduled for Saturday room service, but they didnt do room service on the weekends. How does this make any sense? The phone in the room was plugged in but didnt work. No dial tone. Yes, I hit 9, still nothing. No front desk with or with out the 9. The pictures posted for this hotel were not at all what I saw at this place. The last two pictures of the lobby and the front desk are accurate. $92 a night and it was not well maintained. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched for a prior leak. Not worth the money. This area has gone way down and I do not recommend this hotel to stay at if you are traveling alone, if you know what I mean. This hotel is also independently owned and operated. So, there is no basic standard."

"The onsite team or front desk was great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I dropped something on the floor and when I went to retrieve the item, I noticed how dusty it was under the bed. Keep in mind, the bed sits high off the floor and the floor is vinyl. There was a film along the plastic baseboard that only happens when you mop without sweeping and now there is gunk stuck to the baseboard and floor. My recommendation is that at least twice per year the beds are pulled out and the baseboards deep cleaned."

"Its a $62-$80 a night hotel (or motel for that matter) per night so you get what you pay for narrative: Parking = enough to park anything shopping near buy = all you can handle staff = 50% probability of getting someone that speaks English and that is nice / accommodating cleaning of room = my remote to tv was sticky, door safety lock was broken off, stuffy rooms for lack of ventilation, bedding was clean and proper (pillows were cheap or worn out heavily). Amenities = nothing really besides toilet paper, they do not have napkins or tissue paper, they do not provide shampoo or conditioner miny bottles, phone in room was in a broken dresser that was there and not hooked up, so u have to walk down to office to speak to anyone which cannot help. No coffee in room, had to walk to lobby and poor a 4oz foam cup (so BYOT bring your own thermos)."
