"The staff and the rooms were excellent. The TV set up they have is terrible. The remote is very difficult to navigate, the system is not connected to the internet and most of the channels were not accessible."

"This hotel is decent for the area, although I think the price could be a little lower given its current condition. It appears they're in the middle of a remodel in the back part of the building, so I'm hopeful those improvements will eventually make their way to the front of the property and guest rooms, because this hotel has a lot of potential. The property offers some nice amenities, including a complimentary continental breakfast, an onsite tavern restaurant, a pool, fitness room, beautiful courtyard, and banquet facilities. While many of these areas have seen better days, it's easy to see how great they could be with some updates. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but it definitely needs some TLC. The carpet was noticeably worn and could use replacement, there were quite a few fruit flies in the room, some wallpaper was peeling, and the bathroom could use a little extra attention. That said, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly, which made for a good night's sleep overall. While the hotel could benefit from some renovations and maintenance, it has solid amenities and a lot of potential. I'd consider staying again once some of the remodeling work is completed."

"Le commis à l'accueil à été très gentil et nous a aider à régler un problème en lien à notre réservation. Point négatif l'hôtel n'offre pas vraiment d'options pour manger si ont arrive tard le soir. Si non c'était quand même bien en général."

"Beautiful property with lovely pool and spa area. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The grounds and gardens are well maintained. The hiking trail is highly recommended. My room in the main house was a bit noisy; the room above mine appeared to be a utility room that was active early in the morning. I could hear footsteps throughout the day. The dinner was overrated, but the breakfast and lunch were delicious."
