"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."

Such wonderful hosts and a great location! We had a great time going from onsen to onsen and stopping at the snack bar across the road before retiring for the night.

Absolutely magical experience. From beginning to end the entire place was set up with thoughtful consideration to make our stay as luxurious and enjoyable as possible. The facilities are stunning, the gardens magical, the food unforgettable, and the guest onsens so relaxing. So glad I made this reservation!

The location of the ryokan was great as it was just a few minutes walking from the station. It’s also very close to the most popular of the seven onsens. The staff are also extremely nice and the old lady who led me to my room and served me tea was very kind and caring. I highly recommend this ryokan for how good it is and a price that really can’t be beat. Also you get a pass to all of the onsens once you check in. Highly recommend

We loved the onsens on the balcony, however there isnt much for food around the property and you have to prepay for the food at the property which we did not know. Overall its an amazing property and I will stay there next time I am there for work.
