"The spa and the availability of both the indoor and outdoor pools was great! A slight shame about one of the saunas being closed for repair, but the other one was good too. The staff were incredible and very helpful!"

"The room was clean, it had a room safe, a tea kettle, but need to make nescafe, no real coffee. It offers a great breakfast. It conveniently located for visiting Bath. Staff was good"

"Ukrainian concierge was brilliant once more. Valet parking worked well. Room as cramped. The handle fell off the wardrobe door. Food and service in brasserie for dinner and breakfast was OK but the background music was appalling."

"The internet/Wi-Fi kept cutting off intermittently and I was constantly having to sign back in to it, which was really annoying. On my last day it took me 7 attempts to sign in to it, which is ridiculous. Breakfast was good especially having fresh milk with tea - so hate long life milk. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful - can't praise them enough. We did have a fire alarm go off at 3.40 am one morning, which turned out to be a false alarm. None of the staff said anything to anyone in the morning, which I found very bad, as an explanation of being woken at 3.40 am by an alarm which sounded similar to an American tornado warning was not fun!"

"Poor customer service, so difficult to get hold of reception, needed to make a change to my booking, was unable to get through and ended up loosing my money due to hotel not answering the phone. Really poor"
