"Great spot on a quiet street. Not far from the train station. Close to shopping and everything else you may want to do. The room was a bit dark at after the sun goes down."

"The location was excellent, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Bahnhofstrasse. Breakfast was served at the adjacent hotel and was okay. Nothing was served hot, all cold cuts and typical continental breakfast."

"Shuttle from train station was very helpful. The concierge Luis was very helpful in explaining things to do and booking tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast, staff very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Zermatt in the future."
