I love how most cafes and restaurants in Dusseldorf (maybe all of Germany?) have outdoor seating.

Die Rostmeister was beautifully industrial and I loved their interior but we ended up sitting outside because it felt so good. We asked a neighbor and learned that when spring hits, everyone sits outside for coffee, drinks, and meals. Great spot to chat over a delicious latte.

"De Medici was magnificent. Location great - near historic, Rhine, museums, shopping, eating, drinking. Room was glitzy - glass door to bathroom and excessive miirroring gave too much light to sleeping area. space between desk and foot of bed inadequate. Lobby & breakfast superb."
