The staff were very attentive, especially the concierge who saw me struggling with my luggage at my parked vehicle. He ran out with an umbrella to help me in the pouring rain. Room was a bit small but had all the necessities to make a comfortable stay. "

We checked in quite late and we were told about dinner need reservation before specific time resulting we headed out nearby ramen shop but were not accepting anymore customer. We went back to our room and order for room service but was declined because the staff couldn't speak english. We snacked on our biscuit at the end as our dinner."
