Spent one beautiful night at this property. The service was impeccable and the room absolutely beautiful. By far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in and that number is high. BRAVO!!

Close to the airport and shuttle service was available.

Good breakfast options

If you ever visit Chitose consider the Dormy Inn as your stay. The friendly staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Onsen was great to end a rainy day.

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Ideal location if you using the JR trains.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available at the front desk or via phone. The room was very clean and sanitary with fresh sheets and towels. The in-room washer and dryer combo was very very useful! And the air purifier helped keep the space clean after nights out in restaurants or smokey rooms. They had so many helpful instructions in multiple languages both printed and available through the television. They even had a very tasty and nutritious breakfast buffet! Note...

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Attached to JR Hakodate station. Surrounded by great places to eat. Lucky Pierrot is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel along the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The room is smartly designed. The bedding is comfortable. The view of the harbor is an added bonus. The breakfast has incredible selection of food from Japanese to western.

Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Service in kitchen was good and helpful.

Great location!!! Shuttle bus to the airport just across from the hotel. Nijo market only 10 minutes walk.

Hotel was next to the Chitose station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. There is also an Aeon short walk away. The Onsen at the hotel was nice. Room was clean and good size.

This is a great hotel on a great rural island. We enjoyed our stay here.
