"Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

"The most special room in a fairy tale location! Felt very lucky to be able to spend a couple of nights in such a gorgeous place. Sofia was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming and I can only hope we can stay here again one day. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, comfortable bed with everything you need, was a very relaxing stay"

"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."
